Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

This recipe is so simple and it has become a family favorite!  I love how simple the ingredients are and how quickly it comes together.


3 large chicken breasts, filleted

1 bag frozen Brussels sprouts

1 package turkey bacon, chopped

3 sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped

2  cups broccoli florets

1 cup carrots

Olive oil

Garlic salt




Line two jelly roll pans with aluminum foil.  Spray foil with non stick cooking spray.  Lay out ingredients on the two pans.  Lightly brush everything with olive oil. Season chicken with garlic salt. Sprinkle everything with pepper, paprika, and rosemary. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
