Let’s face it…..plain corkboards are extremely useful and very unattractive. Why not give your corkboard a facelift? It can be easily upgraded with fabric, paint, ribbon, paper, or cute tacs.
Simply paint the frame. If you’re using fabric, cut the fabric to fit just inside of the frame. Generously apply fabric glue all over the corkboard and smooth the fabric on top of the board. Next, apply the ribbon along the inside of the border’s edge with fabric glue, to cover up the edge of the fabric.
Scrapbook Paper can also be used for separation and individuality of pictures or items, in order for the picture or item to stand out.
